We believe that coaching is the most effective yet under-utilised method of improving behavioural competence. It is an individualised way of helping someone unlock their potential and become the best they can be at work.

Most managers have a different type of relationship with their team members than a traditional coach. They are often faced with varying levels of resistance when coaching at work for many reasons.

Our qualified coaches facilitate a skilful conversation using transformational practices to enable behavioural change.

Our coaching interventions are future-focused but also reflective and thought-provoking.  They help individuals overcome self-limiting beliefs, define core values, and clarify their professional purpose.

What you can expect from our coaching:

  • A range of one-on-one coaching sessions for different audiences which can be delivered around one of our learning products or an individuals specific needs.

  • Our coaches hold a recognised coaching qualification and are members of a professional coaching body. We are an organisational member of the Association of Coaching and adhere to its professional standards.

  • Our coaches build rapid rapport to create a sense of phycological safety in all of our coaching sessions.

  • Each coaching session is a 60-minutes long. Depending on the needs of the participant, we may recommend a programme between 1-6 sessions over a specified period of time.

  • Coaching sessions can be delivered face-to-face or remotely via Zoom, with email access to their coach for the duration of their coaching programme.

  • Participants are encouraged to keep an electronic coaching journal, capturing personal reflections as well as recording agreed business goals and actions.

  • Duration: 1 hour

Performance coaching is a 60-minute one-on-one session with a qualified coach.

The aim of this is to help an individual maximise their business performance as well as their potential.

This coaching focus will help individuals define what ‘their best’ looks like. We help create the right psychological conditions for success based on personal strengths and individual talents.

We work with each individual to help them feel accountable for their performance and development and take ownership of their own success in their professional roles.

This form of coaching is for those with performance-based indicators and goals. This includes team members, people managers, and leaders.

  • Duration: 1 hour

Executive coaching is a 60-minute one-on-one session with a qualified coach.

Most executives recognise the value of investing in one-on-one coaching, as it can provide clarity in periods of uncertainty and focus in times of complexity​.

This coaching focus helps senior leaders navigate the challenges and opportunities they face within an ever-changing environment or organisation.​

​Our aim is to help leaders communicate their vision, build belief, and enhance personal agility and grit.

Executive coaching is for anyone in the organisation responsible for leading and inspiring others. This can include:

  • Senior people managers and leaders
  • Board members
  • Project managers
  • Account or relationship managers
  • Duration: 1 hour

Skills coaching is a 60-minute one-on-one session with a qualified coach.

​This form of coaching is great for helping to improve role specific skills and behaviours. It also complements our group training sessions by creating an additional opportunity for practice and feedback.

Each session may consist of observation, feedback, and reflective practice. ​Additionally, it can be a welcome alternative for individuals who prefer to learn new skills in silo and develop confidence at their own pace.

  • Duration: 1 hour

Wellbeing coaching is a 60-minute one-on-one session with a qualified coach and NLP Practitioner.

This form of coaching is a whole-of-life approach to overcoming home and work-related barriers. Our coach practitioners are skilled at using NLP personal change processes to help facilitate a potential breakthrough and help us become more fulfilled and effective.

This is particularly helpful when going through change, especially as our personal and professional lives are often closely intertwined.

  • Duration: 1 hour

Career coaching is a 60-minute one-on-one session with a qualified coach.

Our coaches support individuals in creating robust action plans that can be routinely self-reviewed. We help individuals define short, medium, and long-term career goals to feel accountable and in control of their future.
