Behavioural training

‘Learning that feels good’ is our mantra, and it is central to all of our training and learning interventions. Our wish is for every participant to have an experience that is pleasantly different from other previous trainings.

All of our sessions are designed to be experiential and thought-provoking, and are intended to have an immediate and lasting motivational impact.

Our content leans heavily on behavioural science and other practices, such as NLP. Our training designers do all the research to identify the strategies and tactics that are proven to make a difference to your business.

We have a suite of themed learning products that can be delivered via our six group delivery options or as one-on-one coaching sessions. They are available as stand-alone events or can be combined to create a bespoke learning programme aligned to your business needs and priorities.

What you can expect from our behavioural training interventions:

  • Our sessions are both creative and immersive, which are designed to engage and excite participants.

  • Our portfolio of learning products covers a range of topics and can be delivered via any of our delivery options which range from a duration of 30 minutes to five hours.

  • Each session has high-quality visuals, materials, and resources for each participant to help activate and transfer their learning back into the workplace.

Our group delivery options:

  • Duration: Two-hours

A two-hour face-to-face session that can accommodate up to 18 participants.

Our facilitators deliver a high-energy session with a fast pace, and a laser-sharp focus on our ‘instantly apply’ tactics.

This is a powerful short burst of group learning, which is time-friendly and keeps everyone interested and engaged.

As well as being a classroom-based, a Workshop Express can also conveniently slot into team meetings, conferences, or any type of event.

A five-hour face-to-face group event that can accommodate up to 16 participants.

When your teams have a more pressing development need, this delivery option will allow more time to learn about a particular topic. Within five hours, we deliver our high-impact content and probe further into specific issues and provide constructive challenges when appropriate.

Our facilitators are experts at delivering sessions with rigour and enthusiasm. We provide pause at the moments that really matter and continually encourage personal action planning.

  • Duration: Two-hours

A two-hour online session, delivered via Video Conferencing Software for up to 14 participants.

If you have geographically dispersed teams or a hybrid working environment, then this option ensures that no one misses out on valuable learning opportunities.

Using Zoom or an alternative platform, we will flex our face-to-face content but with a few twists and surprises for the online environment. We like to get creative with our remote workshops and do things differently with our delivery.

Our facilitators ensure that our sessions are more than just another online meeting or presentation. We will engage individuals from the outset and ensure that participants are continually interacting throughout.

A Workshop Online includes a selection of the following:

  • Focus on a specific learning product topic
  • Connect virtually from any location via Zoom video conferencing
  • Engage in discussion verbally and non-verbally using interactive tools and the chat function
  • Sharing of opinion using online polling
  • Short, interactive activities
  • Questionnaires and self-analysis tools

  • A blend of theory, stories and metaphors to bring content to life
  • Virtual breakout rooms with pairs and small groups
  • Individual reflective practice

  • Duration: One-hour

A one-hour structured group discussion for an unlimited number of participants, which can be delivered virtually or face-to-face. Using a bespoke toolkit, our facilitators set up a self-directed feedback conversation.

The session can be based on one of our learning products or around a specific business issue or priority.  

Working in sub-groups, each participant has an opportunity to share a business challenge or dilemma, as well as give and receive feedback. This includes sharing ideas, opinions, and perspectives with their peers in a relaxed, safe space.

This intervention is excellent for enabling support-based and solution-focussed peer-to-peer conversation. It can be delivered as an individual session, as an add-on, or as part of a wider programme of learning.

A Feedback Forum consists of the following:

  • Facilitated introduction
  • Self-directed guidance and support
  • A digital toolkit to record insights
  • Facilitated de-brief
  • Allocated time for action planning
  • Duration: One-hour

A one-hour, face-to-face practical scenario for up to 16 participants. Our facilitators flex in and out of character at specific points of the session to check-in and de-brief key learning points.

Each scenario has a defined narrative, a selection of character profiles, and detailed information for each participant to immerse themselves.

This is a great way of practising a variety of skills and competencies in a fictional business simulation. 

This intervention can be delivered as an individual session, as an add-on, or as part of a wider programme of learning.

An Immersive Scenario consists of the following:

  • ​A detailed case study and immersive scenario
  • Dramatised facilitation in character
  • Pre-designed multi-media materials
  • A full learning de-brief 
  • Designated time for goal setting
  • Duration: 30-minutes

A self-led, task-based challenge for unlimited participants, which can include a 30-minute group planning session. It is focused on one of our learning products and can be aligned to your key business priority.

Our facilitators set up accountability groups for participants to curate a personal challenge for them to undertake back in the workplace.

This on-the-job style of ‘learning in action’ is great for supporting individuals and teams in making instant behavioural changes. It also inspires broader peer-to-peer accountability conversations. 

It can be delivered as a stand-alone session, as an add-on, or as part of a wider programme of learning. 

An Activate Challenge consists of the following:

  • a structured task-based learning activity
  • A team-led intervention with facilitator support
  • A digital tool kit for planning, reflection, and goal-setting
  • Optional facilitator notes for manager delivery*
  • Participants complete individually with group checkpoint reviews
  • Teams set the pace and timings for completion
  • It can be delivered as a standalone session, as an add-on or as part of a wider programme of learning
