Prioritising well-being is the key to sustainable success and satisfaction
Over the last decade, the importance of employee well-being has become more widely recognised in the UK.
In a post-pandemic world, more and more people have become increasingly aware and active towards their personal needs. The CIPD’s 2020 health and well-being at work survey identified three key benefits to increased focus on employee well-being. They include greater morale and engagement, a more inclusive culture, and lower sickness absence.
This session will help individuals develop a positive, proactive personal approach to being at their best when at work.
Key themes:
- Define what ‘my best’ looks and feels like in different situations.
- Prioritising self-care, stress management, and well-being in the workplace.
- Strategies for establishing boundaries, and better balance.
- Create and contribute to a culture of well-being and inclusivity that fosters engagement, creativity, and fulfilment.
- Recognise personal triggers which can detract from being at my best.
- Explore different forms of support inside and outside the organisation.
